In 1988 is dit bedrijfspand gebouwd i.o.v. Johnson & Johnson medical b.v. , te Amersfoort.

In 1995 is dit complex uitgebreid met kantoorruimte, een auditorium en een bedrijfsrestaurant annex congresruimte.
De oppervlakte bedraagt 3.500 m² aan bedrijfsruimte en 2.300 m² aan kantoorruimte.
Het complex is gerealiseerd in bouwteamverband, in samenwerking met architect H. van Papenrecht. De uitvoering is onder supervisie van DHV tot stand gekomen.
